What is your return & exchange policy?
The customer has 14 days to exchange a piece without justification except for custom made products.
Does silver tarnish and if yes how to take care of it?
Exposure to air and moisture can accelerate tarnishing. When not in use, store your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, consider keeping your pieces in airtight containers or anti-tarnish bags.
The best way to restore the shine is to rub it gently with a cloth. Special jewellery cleaning cloths are available that work well for this purpose.
Do you make custom designs?

How long does it take to customize a personalized piece?
It takes at least 5 working days to customize depending on the piece.
Once the order is ready how long will it take to reach me?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a tracking number that you can follow for the updates.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Once you’re done with your order, you can click on the dedicated link and fill your details to calculate the price of your shipment.
Is your jewelry nickel free and safe for children?
Yes, our jewelry are nickel free and safe for children, but some people are allergic even on silver and gold.
